Don't ever go out of business! Your eggs are the way eggs are supposed to be.

There's no factory-produced egg that can compare to those made by truly free-roaming birds. But, as anyone who has raised Rhodies, you can't feed them healthfully and sell eggs for $3/Doz. When people whine to me that organic foods are too expensive, I respond by saying it's not that wholesome foods are expensive, it is that factory and chemically produced foods are so cheap.
Yummy eggs and a very cute child in the pictures.
Your new customer, Stuart

I just found your eggs at the New Seasons in Hillsboro, and they are fantastic! The best eggs I’ve ever tasted!! I just finished reading everything on your website, and between your tasty eggs and sustainable practices, you’ve made long term customer out of me!

I long enjoyed buying your eggs, first at Whole Foods (Pearl location, stopped carrying your eggs), then at Local Choice (now World Foods, doesn't carry your eggs). Any chance to get you back into either location? The staff at Whole Foods had no insight into why they stopped carrying your eggs. I will ask World Foods to carry your eggs.

I stopped buying eggs for a long time because I couldn't bring myself to support such a cruel industry. A new Natural Grocer's store just opened near me and I found your product there. I cannot tell you how happy I am to buy eggs and support your business. THANK YOU for what you do.

Just tried your eggs for the first time. They were very good. I wanted farm fresh from my friend at work, but he forgot and I went to Natural Grocers to see what I could get for my thanksgiving deviled eggs. Your eggs made the best deviled eggs I've ever made. Thank you. I'll be back!

I've only seen and bought your eggs once, and am now a diehard fan of yours!! I will do whatever it takes to buy your eggs, I am so thrilled to know your chickens are actually living natural lives and that there is no play on words that I have understood other "free-range" companies use to imply their chickens run around. Someone in a local grocery told me the term free-range can legally describe a chicken having access to the outdoors even just once in his life, which is an outrageous manipulation of the term. So thank you for what you do, it's worth every penny to have guilt-free eggs! You guys are the best!

OMG! I can't believe that I just discovered your eggs (New Season's) and I live less than a mile or two from you here on Skyline! What fabulous eggs. And to think that I've been driving over to a small farm stand off SE Hawthorne for my eggs (silly me)! Who knew?! Your eggs are AMAZING...thank you!

I agree with Hallie. I haven't shopped at Whole Foods in years because of their CEO. I proudly buy your delicious eggs at the unpretentious little ole' Bales Thriftway in Cedar Mill. Thanks for your commitment to bringing us the best eggs around.

I noticed that Whole Foods stopped carrying your eggs, putting a scare-tactic note on the shelf about safety standards. How predictable that a store owned by a backward-thinking Republican would be strong-arming small farmers who already know how to deliver safe food on a local scale. I'm qualified to choose what farmers I trust to treat their animals humanely, thanks. Too bad for Whole Foods, guess they don't want money from people who can think (and see) safety standards for themselves. Bet they wouldn't want us touring the farms that their store-brand eggs come from!
I LOVE your eggs. I hunt at my local New Seasons or Zupans to ensure I get at least 2 green eggs. It's so important to me that I'm supporting such a sustainable and humane farm. THANK YOU for providing such a fantastic environment - the product speaks for itself.

Hey Aunt Sophin!! Me and Jenee LOVED your eggs!! They have that "natural" taste that just can't be explained other than tasting it. I'm so proud of you guys.. I remember hearing about this while Sophin was pregnant and now look where you guys are!!! You guys are an inspiration to me.. If you put your mind to something you can do it!! Well done

Thank you so much for your wonderful eggs. I purchase only from you. Not just because the eggs are amazing but also because you do not sell chickens for meat or do any butchering. I live an all vegan lifestyle with the exception of eating your eggs because of your humane practices. Please don't change.

I've been eating your eggs for months - it's important to me to eat eggs from chickens that are raised humanely and with respect, and fed a natural diet of seeds and bugs. I normally buy your eggs at Food Front, but purchased them at Whole Foods today. While standing in front of the egg display, I saw a man who was clearly trying to figure out which eggs to get. I couldn't help myself and told him to buy Phoenix's Egg Farm eggs rather than the "omega-3 corn/flax" eggs he was holding. We had a long chat and in the end he went for your eggs. Thanks so much for existing!!

Read Dr. Mercola's post on eggs today...followed the link to Cornucopia.com's review of free range egg providers. You made the "5 egg" list for top honors. I will be eating your eggs from now...can't wait til you are at New Seasons in Raleigh Hills!

I've been vegan for a 16 years and will be introducing eggs to my diet again (no other animal products). I feel good about your eggs. Thanks for taking care of the lovely gals and for posting the videos.
And congratulations on your 5 Egg rating with Cornucopia Institute!

Thanks for making such amazing eggs - you converted my previously vegan brother-in-law! (He still eats completely vegan - except for your eggs.)
I used to have my own backyard flock, but we now live in an apartment, so ... this is the next best thing to getting eggs from friends who have their own chickens.

I want to thank you for doing your part to end in-humane conditions for chickens! We will now be loyal "bugs and Greens" Phoenix's egg farm customers! THANK YOU!

I ran across your eggs at Mark's Produce Market next to the Mad Greek on West Union near 185th. I am so glad to have them. My daughter and I love fresh eggs and this is only minutes from us. I was wondering if you could get PCC students to help out with the farm? Might give them experience and help cut costs. Just an idea.

OMG! The amazement of these eggs begins upon opening the carton: green, tan, brown, white. A whole rainbow just in time for Easter. Then crack open an egg: astoundingly rich flavor, smooth texture - can't even compare to standard store-bought eggs. Sophin, Souriya & Phoenix have done a great job of differentiating their eggs. I'm so happy for your recent successes and growth!

We recently bought our first dozen of your eggs at New Seasons, and just made omelettes with them. The eggs are beautiful and the yolks are so orange - a sure sign your hens are well fed and happy! Best of luck with your farm and business.

The Organic eggs were delicious! They tasted absolutely fresh, slightly sweet and leaves a clean feeling in your mouth.
I had my mom and her husband try them for breakfast yesterday sunny side up. They loved the deep sunshine yellow color of the yolk and the melt in your mouth fresh taste the eggs have. One large egg even have twin yolks in them!
We buy brown eggs and Phoenix's eggs are the yummiest! Now we know the difference :)

We LOVE your eggs! Your tag line, "Bugs and greens" is why we remain loyal custmers... a perfect diet for such perfect food. Our little family consumes at least a dozen each week. We get them from our Terra Nova High School CSA. What a wonderful way to nourish ourselves and support local agriculture! Thank you!

I am a vegetarian who has gone vegan lately after educating myself on how chickens live and are treated. even free range can still mean de-beaking and horrible living conditions for chickens. When I found your website I was so happy. I will be a customer. I dont eat a lot of eggs but when I do it has to be organic and I have to know the animals live happy, healthy lives. I applaud you for not selling chickens for meat and encourage you to continue just being a good place for animals.

We had some of your eggs this morning for breakfast! They were wonderful! I was especially amazed by the brilliant color. The first egg I cracked had a double yolk (what a wonderful surprise). The taste is like nothing I have ever purchased in the store. We are so excited to have found your farm! Know that we will be coming by regularly. I've also encouraged my mom to contact you...she was thrilled to hear about it.

We have been enjoying fresh eggs from Phoenix's Farm for what must be at least a year now. We are officially spoiled by their wonderful taste and have become true egg-snobs. It's also hard to match the friendly, personal service provided by Souriya, his family and those adorable chickens! What a difference pasture-raised and happy chickens make when it comes to getting the best eggs. Thanks for making them available to us!

It's not just a delight to get a wholesome, delicious food product unadulterated by corporate capitalism, but increasingly urgent in today's food debacle. Too many animals are either raised inhumanely (poultry especially) or fed a diet alien to their evolutionary needs. You've given us eggs of a quality commensurate with high quality range feed and high quality growing environment. For those interested, it's a wake-up call to view the videos, "Food, Inc." and "Fast Food Nation". Having a local resource like you for supplying high quality eggs is a community treasure.
